There comes a moment in every girl’s life when a nasty pimple appears on the face just hours before an important event. It is nothing but basically a type of acne, which appear due to excessive oil on the face or a patch on it. It is best to take precautions against oily skin to avoid pimples – exfoliating and cleansing being the main practices to follow – however, if the pimple(s) still make their way, there are some domestic quick action remedies which you can adopt. Remember that these remedies are not meant for application on the entire face. They should only be used on the portion of skin having pimple(s).
One of the most effective methods to quickly cure the pimples is to make a paste of bentonite or cosmetic clay (fine) with water. Apply the mask over the affected portion and leave it overnight. Wash in the morning with lukewarm water.
Apple Cider Vinegar
Take a cotton swab, dip it into apple cider vinegar and gently caress the affected skin with it. Repeat this procedure two times a day. You should not wash the face after application.
Lemon Juice has vitamin C which kills the skin bacteria. Just apply few drops of freshly squeezed lemon juice over the pimple and leave on overnight. Never expose the lemon coated skin to sunlight.
Mustard with Honey
Mustard is a great natural herb for the skin, containing vitamin C, omega 3 and 6 fatty acids, and zinc. Mix its powder with a small amount of honey and apply on the affected part for about 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse off with water.
Make concentrated green tea and freeze it in the ice cube tray. Now take one cube and keep on rubbing it on the affected are till the cube melts. Green tea kill all the harmful microbes and accelerate the process of healing.
Tomato juice is a great natural astringent and its application twice a day will help in quick healing of the pimple.
Add d drop of lavender oil on the pimple for a speedy recovery.
Simply apply some egg white on your finger pores and gently run them on the pimpled area.
Take a garlic clove. Crush it and apply the extract on the affected area for quick elimination of all the bacteria.
